In the pinewood you can find dozens of hiking trails to suit everyone. Besides there are cycle paths, horse-riding routes and mountain bike downhill tracks.

There is also here an outdoor swimming pool, run by CSI. It is open every day from 10.30am to 6.00pm. Admission fees: adults – full price ticket €10.00 ( with the possibility of using deckchairs, tables, beach umbrellas – subject to availability); children – reduced price ticket € 5.00 (for children shorter than 1,40m, without use of deckchairs); afternoon ticket from 2.30 pm € 7.00.
The area of Pineta in Santa Maria Maggiore is the ideal place for a relaxing walk… or enjoy running in the pinewood!
Here you can find numerous sports facilities: tennis courts (court and lesson booking at +39 338 7675941), a miniature golf course, archery fields, riding stables, a golf course and Praudina Adventure Park, opened in 2016.
